Le clafoutis aux cerises

A joyful symbol of summer and its fantasies, the cherry is a treat in itself and should not be denied!
For a simple and tasty dessert, the cherry clafoutis remains a must for our summer tables.
Ingredients:
500g fresh cherries
40g butter
+ 20g for the mould
3 eggs
25 cl milk
25 cl fresh cream
100g cornflour
100g caster sugar
+ 2 spoons for the mould
2 packets of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
- Turn on the oven 180°.
Boil the milk and add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
Butter and sugar the mould and add the stemmed cherries.
Pour the cornflour and sugar into a bowl. Add the beaten eggs. Mix gradually and add the fresh cream to obtain a fluid paste.
Add the vanilla milk and mix for 10 seconds. Pour the batter into the pan over the cherries. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve warm.
